Reema is the only celebrity who has received multiple and multidimensional awards from all over the world including her home land. A briefing account of this blaze of glory and appreciation during her career is too impressive.

Here is a long list of awards on her credit which is as follows:

i) Jang Award

* (Popular Actress Award), she bagged 6 of these awards consecutively from 1993-1998 continuously. This award was discontinued from the year 1998.

ii) National Award

* Best Supporting Actress in the year 1999.
*Best Dancer in the year 1997

iii) Graduate Award

* She received the Best Actress Award for 9 consecutive years in a row from 1992 to the year 2000.

iv) Nigar Award for Best Actress

These are 10 awards received in each year continuously from 1992 to the year 2001
without break .this award discontinued from the year 2002 till date.

v) Bolan Award for Best Actress

* these are 11 awards received in all the years from 1994 to 2005 without any break. She is the only artist having received the best actress award under this banner.

vi) Goodwill Ambassador Award -2005

*received in USA from the hands of the Indian Ambassador to UNO. The Internationally known Hollywood Super Stars Sharon Stone and Van Dam were the Chief Guests at the Award giving ceremony.

vii) LUX Awards:

Lux style awards for TV actress both received in the year 2005 and also as best director and best actress in year 2006.

Reema’s credibility can be summed up as that she has carved and painted her name on the canvas of time to be the first ever artist in the history of Pakistan who has marveled in all the branches of the performing arts which is a rare feat fallen to a single individual , specially, a female. Her first appearance in a movie , first appearance on TV and the first attempt as a Director have won a great acknowledgements from the global fraternity which is a rare phenomenon ever witnessed in Pakistani filmdom.
